no those are fish bait hanging from my ears =P
and actually, that photo of mark? that IS a photo of mark. all i did was darken it. i looked at him and said "Don't Move!!" the angle he sat at had the lighting on each side. nothing else is edited. xcept just brightening for the really dark photos. (flash wasn't very useful)
