Global Night Commute: artwork.
Ashley sent me these -(she had a camera!) hehe..
this is her artwork:
and this one's mine... i had brought only markers. which i only used to colour in two hearts. the rest of the whole thing was made by stuff i found in my bag:
A. 3 photos i had printed out: one of myself (required), one of mute math, and another from spruce lake (the camp in pa),
B. two plasters from my mini first aid kit, and
C. three magazine clippings Ashley let me rip out...
oh, and glue.
mine was extremely moody in that it was entirely of earth colours and consisted solely of two subjects, 3 words and an array of background.
both our projects answered the question: "what does global night commute mean to you?." at first Ashley was doing "how can you change the world?" but went with the first question at the end.
