i sit among stacks of boxes and bags on the floor in a room with no lights. the house is empty and echoes for lack of any type of furniture.
after i finish writing, i will close my best friend, the laptop, put it in my bag along with coordinating cords and wires, load up the various assigned boxes and luggage into my arms and assist them to my old car. i'll come back for more, then i'll drive home listening to 'a camp' (which i may turn off for need of silence) and think.
or not think.

i miss him dangerously more than usual.

internet is being transferred to the new house between today and tues. i don't know when (or why) i'll be back.
