tons of light. yes. yes. yes. and bonus is that no one can really see into the house. esp the upstairs rooms. many big windows, no peeking. perfect.


we have a basement for the first time ever!! big basement. ie, big plans. visualize it with me this specific room... straight ahead a big tv, a pool table center stage, and some seriously comfy couches bordering the walls. in due time... meaning when you start visiting.


our backyard is sooo nice. this is the back porch overlooking the neighbours backyard and beyond. i can't wait to see the sunsets from here.
